Walter Capital Partners is pleased to announce an investment in Toitures Couture’s strategic partnership with Couverture Montréal-Nord, alongside Alfar Capital, to launch a premier re-roofing platform and lead consolidation across Eastern Canada.
Montreal-based Toitures Couture specializes in re-roofing and maintenance services for commercial and industrial property owners and managers, while Couverture Montreal-Nord brings an established presence in large-scale institutional and public-sector re-roofing with distinctive technical capabilities.
This first partnership brings together 330 skilled workers, the largest roofing workforce in Québec, and lays the foundation for future partnerships, as the platform seeks to accelerate growth in a labour-constrained and fragmented market by partnering with high-quality companies committed to taking the lead in forming an Eastern Canadian leader.
The shareholders of Toitures Couture and Couverture Montréal-Nord remain significant shareholders alongside Walter Capital Partners and fully committed to their leadership roles.
