INTERNSHIP SUMMARY:

Walter Capital Partners is looking to hire an intern who will work closely with the entire WCP team.

The selected candidate will be a key contributor to the investment team. The intern will work directly with a diverse group of qualified professionals and will contribute to the full spectrum of private equity investing including research, company valuation, transaction execution, value-creation initiatives.

This internship will allow the candidate to develop the fundamental investment and business skills while contributing to the growth of market-leading companies.

The duration will be determined according to the availability of the intern (at least 3 months).

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Full-time student at the undergraduate (bachelor’s) or graduate (master’s, PhD) level
  • Completed a prior internship in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated academic excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage deadlines with multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and French
